I believe in buying less and buying quality, which means we have to know how to look after our jewelry. When storing your jewelry I recommend storing them in the box of pouch you were provided to avoid any damage.

1. Please put your jewelry after applying perfume, oil, cream or any kind of beauty product as it can react with metal and precious stones.

2. Remove your jewelry before engaging in practical activities, this will ensure that your jewelry does not get accidentally damaged.

Silver can turn a bit darker with the time, you can clean this easily with a silver polish that you can buy at any grocery store or with a bit of dish soap and an old toothbrush to slowly brush and clean the metal.

You can also leave the jewelry for 15min in hot water in which you have added some lemon juice and bicarbonate, then delicately brush with an old toothbrush.

"The silver I use is eco-silver and is never plated because I love my pieces to be pure and to keep their appearance and to slightly oxidate with the time for more character. I even suggest wearing the silver pieces as much as you can as it gets darker when left alone for too long. "

The gold pieces are plated on recycled silver, we call it gold vermeil.
The company uses 18-carat gold/3 micron gold plating.

To keep your gold pieces in good condition, Do not swim, bathe or shower with your jewelry and avoid exposure to heat and moisture and perfume when possible.

When removing your jewelry it is safer to put it back in the little pouch or box that is provided when purchasing a Nouare jewelry piece.
